Hello,you are doing some mistake,English and Hindi both could not be elective.as one language is compulsory and second language is elective subject.you can add both in your best 4 .
There is a possibility to get BA (Arts) at General quota ranking 1515 under BHU UET at BHU campus.

For an average student, it is easy for him to get atleast35+ if he presents the requirements according to the question. To get above 50+ you should be able to think away from an average student and your shading should be very precise .

Yes you have few chance for admission in mahila college and it's campus in Mirzapur. Admission into main campus is almost impossible. You can go for other college like rajiv gandhi college campus etc.

Sorry to inform you but this rank is not good for BHU UET. If you succeed to participate in UET Counselling, Then too, It is of no use. You have very less chance for BHU Admission. You have very few chance for allied campus such as mahila vishwavidyalaya
