I have 2 elective subjects i.e. English & Hindi,so would the best 4 perspective allow me to add both subjects,if I got high marks at both ??

Hello,you are doing some mistake,English and Hindi both could not be elective.as one language is compulsory and second language is elective subject.you can add both in your best 4 .

It's not compulsory always ,it may differ from college, course, university and their guidelines. Generally top 4 includes only one language subject. Two languages subject in top 4 are not considered irrespective of the marks you score .
