Generally all the colleges in India open either in the last week of July or in the first week of August as till then only all the procedures for taking admission and enrollment of the new students or fresher's are completed. Furthermore if the college doesn't open then also then you can contact the authorities.

As you asked this question few months back, I do not know yet the status of your admission.

But, still to inform you, the eligibility criteria for BCA at University of Allahabad is that candidate should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics (science group) from any recognized Board or its equivalent.

There is an entrance test admission by the process of counseling.
