BFA or Bachelor of Fine Arts is an undergraduate degree course which deals with the study of Visual or Performing Arts. 

Fine Art Courses provided through Correspondence or Distance Education Institutions include School of Open Learning in Delhi University and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi.

So yes, BFA is provided by IGNOU as well.

Earlier no entrance exam was conducted for admission is Delhi University for courses like BA Hons and Social Science.  Class 12th Percentage with best 4 subjects was taken into consideration.  Therefore there is no previous year data as of now to know the no. of the students who appeared for entrance examination at DU for the given courses.

Since you want to change your stream from Arts to commerce,  you have to face a deduction of some percentage,  your final percentage counted for admission in various universities will be less than 53 to get admission in B.com but this score isn't enough to get you a good college.

Hope you are fine! If you want to take admission in du in north campus then it is slightly harder for you because this time boards didn't happen and competition is too high and also if you will take arts subject then your 2.5 percentage will deduct as you were a science student earlier.however you can get easily any college of South campus.

The answer to your question is YES!. Eligibility criteria for BCA differs from college to college, some take admission on merit basis while others conduct entrance exams. If we talk about subjects at +2 level, some do emphasis on having science background or maths as a subject. But, there are also which don't put this criteria.

You just need to find out the colleges which fit with your educational qualifications.
