You can pursue MBA with arts background but for MCA you need to have maths in your 10+2 or in one of the years of your bachelor's degree or have done BCA. Both are excellent options and serve a different purpose.

There are various study options after 12th from Arts. The choice between these must be made keeping in mind your area of interest.
