For humanities Patna college(in Ashok Rajpath) under Patna University is the best and for the Applied Arts ‘College of Arts and Crafts' (in Vidyapati Marg near Patna Museum and Planetarium ) under Patna university is the best in its class in Bihar and Jharkhand. Do give it a try!

Hey. The eligibility criteria laid out for admission of Non- Medical Graduates for admission to the course of MHA would be Eligible for sponsored seat only. You could have a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science Nursing OR Business Admn. OR Commerce OR Engineering OR any Technical subject with atleast 60% marks. Experience of 7 yrs. in responsible Administrative position. Hence you would not be eligible for admision in MHA course in aiims even if you've competed graduation in english  with required percentage as you don't have work experience.

So let me tell you that yes,you can change your stream after class 12 you can go for both commerce or arts as per your interest.there is no problem in changing your branch after class 12

The First year classes commence from 11/7/2019 for the Undergraduate students who are pursuing Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Commerce courses. And the calsses for undergraduate students who are in their second and third year of studies will have their classes from 15/7/2019.
