Don't worry, you can achieve this; you just need to work harder. Getting admission through NEET and into a government college for a general category is quite a challenging undertaking.
In order to qualify for a government college in the general category, your score must be at least 600; to qualify for a very good government college, your score must be at least 700.

You have no chance this time in 2022 because as you know cutoff is so high from last 2-3 years.
Also It will also depends on your category (general,obc,sc/st),but with this marks your category will also doesn't make any big difference to get a government or semi government B.A.M.S colleges.
I think You should go for Private Colleges,you will definitely get a seat because private colleges can also take admission at this score.
