There is an entrance exam NMAT just like NEET.

The fmge test is hard to crack since it needs a lot of hard work and regular studies. According to studies only 19% of the candidates who have done mbbs from abroad have been able to pass the examination.

Foreign Universities usually prefer a student with a full time university degree in Home Country rather than an Online Degree. You can perhaps pursue an online degree BCA from Manipal University, but you should henceforth prepare for the NIMCET Exam for a MCA from one of the Top NITs, followed by a strong work experience in a good company like TCS, IBM or Accenture before you venture into foreign studies.

You cannot take Biology alone as an additional subject. You should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology but Biology should have been an additional subject. You might have to study Physics, Chemistry and Biology again from NIOS and not just Biology alone according to the rules. Because to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately.
