i didnt knew about the registration and document verification in kea .I registered for mop up of aaccc couselling and i got a deemed university for bams but i have not compeleted my document verification but seat is alloted what shall i do

kumardurgesh1802 17th Oct, 2024

Hello Sufiya,

Since you have been allotted a seat through the AACCC (Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee) mop-up round but missed the document verification with KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority), here’s what you can do:

  1. Contact KEA Immediately : Reach out to the KEA helpline or visit their office to explain your situation. They may provide a chance to complete document verification if the timelines allow.

  2. Inform the Allotted College : Contact the deemed university where you were allotted the BAMS seat and explain the issue. They might guide you on whether KEA verification is mandatory at this stage.

  3. Check AACCC Guidelines : Review the AACCC counseling guidelines to see if there is any provision for document verification after allotment in the mop-up round.

  4. Seek Legal Advice (if necessary) : If you're unable to resolve this issue through KEA or AACCC, consulting with a legal advisor may help clarify your next steps, especially if the allotment rules allow some flexibility.

Act quickly, as mop-up round admissions are usually time-sensitive.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

in Maharashtra state counselling i got bams college in 2 nd round but I didnt fill retention form but now if i didnt register for round 3 what will happen?

Radhika Goyal 13th Oct, 2024

Hy,

If you received a seat in a BAMS college during the second round of Maharashtra state counseling but did not fill the retention form and are not registering for the third round, here’s what generally happens:

  1. Seat Status : Since you did not fill out the retention form, the seat you were allotted in the second round will be considered as not retained. This means you are effectively forfeiting that seat, and it will be made available for other candidates in the subsequent rounds.

  2. Third Round Registration : If you do not register for the third round of counseling, you will not be considered for any further seat allocations. You will have effectively missed your opportunity to secure a seat this academic year through the state counseling process.

  3. Future Options : If you do not secure a seat through this counseling process, you might consider the following options:

    • Wait for Subsequent Counseling : Some states have additional counseling rounds or mop-up rounds later in the academic year.
    • Private Colleges : You can also look into private medical colleges or alternative courses that may still have open seats.
    • Next Year : If you are unable to secure a seat this year, consider preparing for the next NEET exam to increase your chances for the following academic cycle.

kya main ditanse mode se bams kar sakta hu

Sajal Trivedi 10th Oct, 2024

Hello aspirant,

In India, there aren't any universities or schools that provide BAMS distance learning. BAMS is a degree program with a focus on practical application rather than merely a classroom. Therefore, attending college is a must if you want to pursue BAMS.

Pls send fees structure of bams college.

Sajal Trivedi 9th Oct, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Candidates must have completed Class 12 in the Science stream with 50% to 60% overall in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) subjects in order to be eligible to enroll in the BAMS course. Admission to the BAMS programme requires passing the NEET as well. BAMS courses only accept the NEET scores. The annual BAMS course fees range from INR 20,000 to INR 3,00,000. Popular universities like Parul University, BHU, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research, etc. are among those that provide BAMS courses.

Thank you

Will I regret doing bams in future or should I take a drop insted

Kanishka kaushikii 7th Oct, 2024

Hello aspirant,

The decision of whether to pursue BAMS or take a drop depends on several factors, including your personal goals, interests, and career aspirations.

Here are some points to consider:

Advantages of BAMS:

  • Healthcare Career: BAMS provides a solid foundation for a career in Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of medicine.
  • Job Opportunities: There is increasing demand for Ayurvedic practitioners, both in India and abroad.
  • Diverse Career Paths: BAMS graduates can explore various career paths, such as clinical practice, research, education, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Holistic Approach to Health: Ayurveda emphasizes a holistic approach to health, which can be appealing to those interested in natural and alternative medicine.

Reasons to Take a Drop:

  • Lack of Interest: If you are not genuinely interested in Ayurveda or healthcare, taking a drop might be a better option to explore other fields.
  • Academic Preparation: If you feel that you need more time to prepare for competitive exams or improve your academic performance, taking a drop can be beneficial.
  • Career Exploration: Taking a gap year can allow you to explore different career options and gain valuable experiences before making a final decision.

Ultimately, the decision of whether to pursue BAMS or take a drop is a personal one.

I hope this information helps you.

If I got bams college in 1st round but didnt fill the retention form .....then can I register for mop up round for mbbs course

kumardurgesh1802 2nd Oct, 2024

Hello there,

If you have been allotted a BAMS seat in the 1st round but didn't fill out the retention form, you are generally still eligible to participate in the mop-up round for an MBBS course . However, this depends on the specific rules of the counseling authority.

In most cases:

  • If you do not confirm your BAMS seat (through actions like filling a retention form or paying the fee), your seat may be considered vacant, and you may proceed to the next rounds, including the mop-up round.

  • If you want to try for an MBBS seat in the mop-up round, ensure you check the specific eligibility criteria and guidelines provided by the conducting body of the counseling (state or national level).

It's important to follow the official instructions carefully, as rules might vary between states or boards.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
