BMS Institute of Technology and Management : 

• BMSITM is a private engineering college and was eshtablished in the year 2002. The college campus is about 25 acres with 146 faculties. 
• The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and also has been accredited 'A' grade by NAAC. The college is also ranked at 157th position among engineering colleges by NIRF. 
• The college has the facilities like boys hostel, girls hostel, gym, library, cafeteria, medical/hospital, wifi, transport, alumni association,bank facilities etc.
• Talking about the placements, a B.E./B.Tech student gets a average package of 3.50 Lakhs. 
• As per the students reviews, this college is one of the best. 

Sir M Visvesvaraya Insteitute of Technology : 

• The college is a private engineering college and was eshtablished in the year 1986. The college campus is about 133 acres with 177 faculties. 
• The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and also has been accredited 'B++' grade by NAAC. 
• The college has the the facilities like boys hostel, girls hostel, gym, library, cafeteria, medical/hospital,alumni association, bank facilities etc. 
• As far as the placement goes, a B.E./B.Tech gets a average package of 3.78 Lakhs. 
• As per the student reviews, the college is quite good with its average infrastructure. 

Now according to me, BMS Institute of Technology and Management is the best option when compared with Sir M Visvesvaraya Insteitute of Technology. The former has better infrastructure, better recognition and placements are also good. Oppurtunities for ECE will be better in BMSITM.

Actually its very good. 

19.7lacs was the package given out. Highest ever.

Avg package is around 7-6lacs which is great.

Even Cse guys were able to take up to 16 lacs only,Which is obviously less than ECE. 

BMSIT is great in terms of placement.

BNMIT is a reputed college in Bangalore.

The placements in general have been pretty decent and I must say that CSE and ISE are the branches that are most sought after. ECE comes next. The number of core companies that visit BNMIT is less. This is true in case of most of the colleges in Bangalore. However, the placement cell ensures that all the eligible students get the required opportunities through on campus, off campus and pool campus events.

There are quite a few guys from BNMIT at Nokia and other top companies. Feel free to reach out to alumni. Most of them will be willing to help you get a job.

Hello. The hostel life at bmsit is very good. When you get used to it, feels like home. However, just like other hostels the food is not very good. Also playground and gym facilities are available to refresh the students from studying. This is all the information that I could provide. Rest you will experience when you actually visit there. Considering the previous year cut off rank list for BMS Institute of Technology and Management Bangalore according to COMEDK, the closing rank to get admission here is 10928 in 2018 and 13058 in 2017. Its good and comparable to many top colleges in India.It’s a new college founded 17 years before but still in top 100 in India and top 10 in Karnataka.Placement is also decent .College life is also good and many clubs are coming up. best part about this college is no attendance problem anything above percent is ok Professor’s are highly qualified and many are pursuing there Phd. It is in Yelahanka which is still developing and comparable to 1990’s of bengaluru .

The BMS Institute Of Technology is ranked at 157th by NIRF MHRD Government Of India For Engineering. It is also rated as AAA+ by Careers360 in terms of all aspects. The tution fee at the BMSIT is around 53,640/- per year. The hostel facilty is provided to both boys and girls. The food is great. There is a seperate dining hall for food. The hostel fee is around 75,000/- per year. The top companies that visit this college are: Amazon, Bosch, Honeywell, Directi, Endurance, etc. The highest pay package is 20 lakhs per annum and the average pay package is 4 lakhs per annum.
