There is no specific qualification required for BPO Executive. You can apply for this job after your 12th class as well, It can also varies to the Organization. You should have good communication skills. You can directly go for an interview in BPO's as there is a walk in interview process mostly.

The BPO industry demands a degree in any specification from an accredited institution. Some BPO organization specifically ask for a bachelor's degree in science, maths or statistics depending upon the client they are working for.

This sector also asks for school leavers or a high school diploma to work as an intern.

 Also there are many BPOs available which provide recruitment on the basis of 10th, 12th etc. Also, BPOs jobs can be opted as part time work as well as students do the same during their college time for the sake of pocket money as it is common now a days.

BPO is abbreviated as Business Process Outsourcing.  When a company wants its non-core work to be done by an expert at cheaper costs then they outsource their work to other country, which is called Business Process Outsourcing.  The outsourcing is generally made between two countries.
