Kaiser Souza 20th Nov, 2019
Hi aspirant,
Bachelors in Pharmacy is a UG course of 4 years and trains candidates in the world of medicine and pharmaceutical drugs.
The course requires the follow criterias:
1) 10+2 with core subjects being physics, chemistry, maths and biology.
2) Some college take in direct admission through 10+2 but some colleges requie the candidate to answer an entrance exam which may be any one of the following:
1)BITSAT: Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Aptitude Test that is conducted for seeking admission in B. Pharmacy courses. It is generally conducted in the month of May.

2)WBJEE: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination is also conducted in the month of May generally for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy course.

3)TSEAMCET: Another exam that also gives admission to B. Pharmacy and is conducted in the month of May.
Out of the 3 exams any one can be answered by the candidates. However, a candidate who answers BITSAT and WBJEE is more likely to get admissions directly based on merit scare as these exams test the candidate thoroughly. All these exams ask general questions on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology and English proficiency and Logical reasoning.
Thank You.

this yr i joined bds in tamilnadu self financing dental college bt i want to do mbbs so i am preparing neet 2020..i am in tamilnadu..is it possible to discontinue bds and join mbbs..what is the procedure to discontinue.and how much money to pay for discontinue..pls answer correctly its my huge doubt

Apoorva Student Expert 8th Oct, 2019
Hello dear student,
I understand that you want to do MBBS but as you said you have take admission in self financing BDS college. So dear student if you take admission in government medical college then scenario is different but when you take a seat in a private medical college or you take self financing seat . Then you have to pay the full fees of the whole tenure of the course as you have occupied the seat and if you take admission in some other college in next year or so. Then no other student will be able to take that seat and it will be vacant for the rest of the year of the course remaining. So you have to pay the full fees. I hope this was helpful to you
Best wishes

My left eye power is 5.50 Diopter..bt i got a contact lense of 5.00 Diopter..is it ok?

Vishwaksen Gouda Student Expert 2nd Oct, 2019
Hello nir,
It will not be ok using less power lenses than required. You may face eye fatigue, glare halos and double vision with that using .
And also you're eye sight will be improved due to lack of centre of optical.
It will be less effective .you can use that
I prefer you to return it and order correct power lenses

Ritik nakra Student Expert 27th Sep, 2019
Hey Priti! In these cases the candidate making the payment gets a refund if the amount is debited from the account and the status didn't change. You need to make the payment again. You can wait till the last date before making payment again, as soon as the money is refunded back to the account you can make the payment. Hope this may help you.
