As you have scored 375 in general category and your all india rank is 1789 so let me tell you there are few chances that you will get into the top iits but you can try for lower IITs like dharwad, Mandi, gandhinagar,bhilai and also nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

You will not face any problem if you had compartment in your class 12th but yes at least you should have a aggregate percentage of 50percent in your +2 to get eligible for rrb ntpc ,keep this thing in mind as well ,but yes due to compartment ,no problem will be there at all

It is quite difficult to predict the exact marks vs rank trend because it varies every year depending on total number of candidates appeared in a particular test paper, highest score, lowest score etc. With the given score you can expect your All India Rank to below 1,000. However, it is an estimated rank the actual rank may vary this year based on the factors mentioned above. IIT-JAM 2022 results will be released on March 22, 2022 and the score card will be released on April 1, 2022. To check your rank and score card you need to visit jam.iitr.ac.in and login with your credentials.
You can change/correct your name in the Aadhar card by filling an application in the nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre. You need to enclose a document as evidence such as your class 10th certificate, birth certificate, Gazette notification to get your name corrected in the Adhaar enrollment centre. One successfull submission of the name correction application form and enclosing the required documents your name in the Adhaar card will be updated and you can download the updated Adhaar card UIDAI website or you can get it by post as per your preference.
Choice 2 implies that you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you however, you wish to participate in subsequent round so you want to hold the seat allotted to you and participate in subsequent round. And the candidates who have opted choice 2 must download the challan and pay the prescribed fee before the last date. The following candidates are eligible to participate in second round of Karnataka PGCET Counselling
The candidates who are not eligible to participate are
As you haven't paid the prescribed fee you are not eligible to participate in the second round and the seat allotted in first round gets cancelled as you haven't paid the prescribed fee.
If you do not pay the prescribed fee by KEA the seat allotted will gets cancelled and that cancelled seat will be considered in second round for seat allotment. If you do not may the prescribed fee after selecting choice 2, you will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of the counselling. The date to make the Payment of Fee and Download Admission Order is January 24, 2022. If you wish to participate in further round you need to pay the fee, download the admission order and report at the allotted institute. After paying the fee If you wish to surrender the seat before the last date for second round option entry, the fee will be refunded after deducing Rs. 5000 from the paid fee. If it is cancelled after the last date as mentioned then full fee will gets forfeited.

Sorry to inform you this , but now you won't be accepted as an OBC Candidate because you haven't submitted the OBC Certificate till now which will create a problem for you in future and this is the reason that now you have been included in the category of a general student. Now you can't be regarded as a OBC Candidate.
The Roll Number is present in the Hall ticket of your 10th and Graduation level. So in the hall ticket if you have serial number along with your registration number, then your board/university uses Roll Number to be the serial number.
Roll Number is a unique code assigned to each student to enlist them in examinations.
