Career option after pursuing Bsc or Btech in Bioinformatics is quite wide and this field is very rapidly growing in India as well as abroad , some common job roles available are:
Data Analyst,Computational chemist, Bioinformatics Software Developer,Research field etc.
Starting salaries in India are around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum which increases with experience and time where as abroad is around 30000$ per annum which varies according to the country.

If we talk about Bsc botany , it is the study of plant science, which aims at scientifically studying the life of a plant. There are several subfields of botany that explore all the species of plants from unicellular plants. And, you can get job opportunities in any reputed organization as a plant explorer, conservationist, ecologist, environment consultant, horticulturist, plant biochemist, nursery manager, genetics, molecular biologist, taxonomist, plant pathologist, environmental consultant, etc.
Also, B sc zoology is deals with the whole range of animals and their evolution, classifications, physiology, biochemistry, genetic engineering and many more. It's career scope includes Teacher, Territory Manager, Clinical Data Manager, Dialysis Technician, Associate Research Scientist, Senior Research Fellow etc.
Whereas, Bsc. Chemistry is the study of matter, the composition, properties, and structure of substances. The discipline deals with compounds and elements. It's scope is in the areas of pharmaceutical industries, chemical manufacturers, forensic science department, plastic industries, agrochemical industries, etc. Apart from these, chemists are also recruited in other fields such as oil, gas and power sectors and even in defense services etc.
And, B.Sc Nursing imparts the qualities of affection, care and patience in candidates towards the needy also very good. You can get job as Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, Medical Coder, Intensive Care Unit , Neonatal Intensive Care Unit etc.
I would suggest you to follow your interest. This way it becomes easy for you to learn and succeed in your career as each field has good scope in future. So, choose wisely.
