Hey Yashashri,
MHT-CET is an entrance exam through which admissions for B.Tech and B.Pharm courses takes place. These courses are offered by the Maharashtra CET participating institutes of the state. PCB and PCM students have to give separate entrance exams. Rank below 40,000 or percentile above 70 is considered as a good percentile. This may vary depending upon the course you want to pursue. But to get admission in a good college and a good course you need to score much higher. Marks above 100 would fetch you 95+ percentile.
Practice previous year question papers to get an idea of how easy or tough it is for you to score high. Never lose hope and keep practicing.

Hi,
First of all, don't lose hope. There are many options available after undergraduate in engineering but you will face many problems because of your percentage. Once you complete your engineering try to get selected in Startups where your percentage never matters. And See if you are skilled in any demanding jobs then definitely you can get a job. If this fails then you should apply for Masters. Hustle hard.
All the best.
