See the cut off percentile for the JEE ADVANCED is too above than the score u have scored , so u are eligible for the ADVANCED paper. U will not be able to take seats with this marks as u have not cleared the eligibility criteria i.e. 75%

12th score is just an elligibility criteria for admission in NITs or IIITs.Your percentile is too low.Even ,your score is lower than cuttoff percentile for OBC.You need at least 94 percentile under OBC QUOTA to fetch government engineering college.

if you have appeared for improvement and have not any paperback then you can appear for jee mains. you must be careful that you must not have any paperback in any of your subjects. you must score 75 % or above to fulfill the criteria of JEE mains.
