Sorry, you are not eligible for any colleges that accepts JEE MAINS result as you have scored only 64% in 12th. To be eligible for colleges that accepts JEE MAINS you must have atleast 75% or above.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance

If you belong to some reserved category then you have chances that you can get NITs/IIITs/GFTIs .If you are from open category then you will get state engineering government colleges.You must be knowing form this year onwards almost all state engineering college will take admission on the basis

First focus on your neet exam dear.If you cross the cutoff  marks then you are good to go and get admitted in any medical colleges. otherwise there are many  streams related to medical field like biotech,B . pharma  etc  where you can apply for exams held by the respective colleges

In response to your question that you have asked that whether you are eligible for UPSEE then I must tell you that with the mentioned percentage of 45.6 % in PCM and 55% aggregate overall you are eligible for UPSEE as the minimum aggregate Asked is 45%.  I
