Dear Shuvro, if you appear only for Biology through NIOS, then you will not be eligible for NEET. But if you  study Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology again, you are eligible for NEET. And please remember that you need to score an aggregate of 50% in these 3 subjects to be

but if you crack the exam you won't be because colleges take aggreate of 3 subject that is maths physic and chemistry 

college like iits ,nits etc they have eligiblity criteria 60 %in every subject

The best universities in India used to conduct entrance exams or take admission on the basis of score in a National or state level entrance exam.

In 12th grade, for admission you are required to score minimum 50% to 75% in average.

You can easily apply for all the exams specified by you like IIT JEE, AIIMS and NEET.  Since you have completed your 10 and 12 from India. So you can easily apply for them.

I think you may get some good college or institute on the bases odd your 12th mark but getting DU jat is a bit difficult for that you need at least 95 percentile. So no need to worry apply some good institute that may suit you and So seek out
