Yes, there is no issue in changing board for class 12th, but Haryana Board will be considered during your college admissions. The curriculum will be a little bit more challenging, but you will adapt within a few months by putting some extra efforts. You can definitely get 90% or above

Merit list for DU JAT is not out yet. It will be released on July 20. You can calculate you exact score as DU JAT Is 65% and 35% is weightage of 12th marks. And Predicting currently about admission is not possible so better wait for merit list

So being straight your 12th score is less. And your 12th marks are lesser then 50. So if you belong to SC/ST category then You can try as mostly due to relaxation there margin is low. In UP it's 45 in AKTU. But for general it's 55 there

it all depends on the rank that you get in the final list. if your rank is somewhere around 0-200 you can get ssscbs,rank 800-1000, you can get colleges like cvs, sggssc
