Hy Manoj, eligibility marks to appear in NEET in class 12th to be considered are aggregate marks for PCB only. They are different for different .categories: Unreserved- 50%, PWD- 45%, OBC/ST/SC- 40%

So, this means only the aggregate of PCB will be considered not the overall marks.

You can do M.Sc. in  Biotechnology at IITI(IIT Indore) with No Restrictions at the subjects you took in class 12. However, for other IITs(IITB/IITR), you need mathematics as a compulsory subject.
