If you are General Category, You are not Qualified because you need 81% for Qualified. If you belong to SC,ST or PWD Category then You are Qualified. You get there Chandigarh University is Private Collage.

Yeah based upon your fetched rank in PU CET you can be able to get into the Punjab University. Since it is a Public University and i don't think so that there EWS category might can work nit anyways you should produce your EWS certificate during the counselling

Yes if you are very  unhappy with your results.

If you seriously considering for drop .

You should work very hard for it .

Droppers need to be be focused very much and need to be positive always.
