Glad to learn about your interest.
I believe that there is no need for you to do 12th again .
Eligibility requirement for NEET examination for unreserved category is 50% marks in 12th standard.
For SC/ST/OBC only 45 percentage is the requirement.
Since, you belong to OBC category you are eligible for this examination.
There is no guarantee that only a 90 percenter can crack NEET or a 70 or 60 percenter can't.
If the eligibility criteria is set to 45% tjen there must be a reason.
