Hey.
Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.

As per your percentile score your chances are a bit low for getting NITs.
However you can try for your home state NIT through your home state quota.
