I get 87 percentile in jee 2 barch and 61% in 12th ..which college I can appear for??

As per your percentile score your chances are a bit low for getting NITs.
However you can try for your home state NIT through your home state quota.
Here, try for the JEE mains (B.arch) college predictor to know which college suits you best according to your percentile score.

But let me tell you that for admission in NITs your class 12. Percentage should be >75% if you are OBC/GENERAL otherwise >65% if SC/ST
