There are several other courses one can go for other than medical after completing 12th with Science.
See,if you had Mathematics in your 12th then you can go for Engineering courses. You can even go for Paramedical courses like Physiotherapy,Pharma.
You can even go for normal graduation like B.Sc.

Your 12 class result is good. But if you want to take admission in engineering you need to take the JEE exam.

Some colleges also need JEE advance. Once to pass the JEE exam with good marks. You will be able to get admission in government colleges.

It's very common thing. Whenever you are asked to do a signature with date then you have to always put that date on which you are signing the particular document also in some documents place is also asked so you have to put the name of the city
