I've filled the application as well as the admission form but in the form i have to sign with date, my question is which date should i put?

Hello aspirant,
It's very common thing. Whenever you are asked to do a signature with date then you have to always put that date on which you are signing the particular document also in some documents place is also asked so you have to put the name of the city in which you are signing it off. So don't have to get confused.
