Although you are eligible for Techno India but the Minimum Eligiblity criteria for taking admission is that you must have at least  60% aggregate of marks from a recognized board of education in your class 12th examination.

If you are applying for the 12 first time then you can talk to the admission department of your school. Else if you failed in any subject or have compartment type of thing then you have to wait for 1-2month CBSE will release notification for online private forms
