Marks have 85% weightage in the exam and the rest 15% is dependent upon GD+PI. The rank depends upon how the fellow examinees perform. Try to score more than 250 out of 360(considering an average gd+pi score) just to be on the safer side.

Yes, you can go for Charter Accountant after doing your graduation. You need minimum 50% in graduation.
After this you will have to pass a common proficiency test (CPT) and after passing this you will have to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC).

There is no need of 12th class marks in Upsc or as well as SSC CGL . These are graduation level exam . You need to a degree from a recoganised university .  After completion of graduation you are eligible for exam .Your 12th class marks only

Most of the companies put a starting percentage to allow students for an interview they only check your MCA percentage and 10th and 12th percentage is not that compulsory
