Your Percentile in Jee Mains is too Low ,but Dont worry,you can now get admission in dayalbagh Agra,you have to give the test there ,but in dayalbagh you have a compulsation that you have atleast 5-6 certificate of any sports or anything

With 63% marks in class 12th you are eligible for neet. Eligibility criteria for neet exam is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if obc/sc/st in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th through a recognised educational board. So yes you are eligible for neet

First you have to go for Commerce branch and you can do a diploma degree of imports export side by side which ends in mostly few months. 

Or else after completing your degree you can go for an MBA in export and import from a reputed college.

Your percentages are not bad. You can go for giving improvement in the subjects you feel that you scored low. Otherwise, actually no need to gibe improvement for all the subjects, instead prepare for future and look up for admissions in Universities in your desired course.
