The eligiblity criteria for admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET is-
Candidate should pass XII with atleast 50% for General category and 40% for OBC,SC,ST in PCB.
If you are scoring less than this than you should go for improvement.
Yes you can give improvement exams next year.

NO , you didnt qualify for neet 2020 . 

Im saying it because it have Eligibility criteria of 50 % marks or more than that to be eligible for exam .

I can advice you to give improvement exam in 2020 , you can  defiinitely get seat if you put

Hello dear  would not recommend you to drop a year for preparing a competitive examination. Competition exam like JEE is not a easy task to clear just by studying one year.You have to be focused and consistent to your studies atleast for 2 years to fetch a good IIT.One year

Sorry to Disappoint you that you cant download the certificate format and fill that but you can create a fake certificate from Internet, RC is nothng but a Registration Certificate,

Obviously you are eligible for NEET exam..since you belong to SC category ,the general criteria is to get 40% in 12th standard asper NEET  rules & regulations.But you had already secured 50% so there is no hesitation from appearing in the exam.
