Hello dear would not recommend you to drop a year for preparing a competitive examination. Competition exam like JEE is not a easy task to clear just by studying one year.You have to be focused and consistent to your studies atleast for 2 years to fetch a good IIT.One year

Sorry to Disappoint you that you cant download the certificate format and fill that but you can create a fake certificate from Internet, RC is nothng but a Registration Certificate,

RC Official is the Official Reporting Centre - Its the centre for document verification after the first allotment of JoSAA.Your reporting centre will be provided to you once you are alloted a seat in the first round of JoSAA.

Obviously you are eligible for NEET exam..since you belong to SC category ,the general criteria is to get 40% in 12th standard asper NEET rules & regulations.But you had already secured 50% so there is no hesitation from appearing in the exam.
