Your rank in JEE Advanced is very good. But you won't be able to get in IITs , NITs and GFTIs or any other gov. college cause one need to score at least 75% in 12th

No, you can't get admission in CEOP through JEE mains since you have scored 50% in 12th boards.
The minimum required percentage in 12th is 75% for the General category and 60-65% for OBC and other.
