Hello Aspirant,
No, you can't get admission in CEOP through JEE mains since you have scored 50% in 12th boards.
The minimum required percentage in 12th is 75% for the General category and 60-65% for OBC and other.
So according to me you should try for other private colleges. Here I'm giving the list of quite good colleges.
