You can select home state in which you reside and for which you have residential certificate, and not in the state in which you passed class 12th board exams.

As you have already passed in 2019,then why do you want to give the improvement examinations again. If yiu already passed in the examinations of 12th board, then there is no need to give the exams again. Whether you have passed with any percentage.As you have already passed

Jee advanced 2019 has already been conducted,  and you was eligible for appearing in the exam. A student has a maximum of 3 chances to attempt JEE mains and hence jee advanced, the year you passed 12th doesn't matter,  you was eligible for JEE
