I got 59.23 percent in maharashtra hsc board then whats my class either first or second class please tell me.

Hey Yash,

Congratulations on qualifying Your 10th Successfully. 

As you have said you got 59.23 it's usually everywhere considered as Second Division/class. If you get 60+ then it's considered First Class/Division Pass. No matter if it's 59.99 or 60.01 no matter if it's Maharashtra HSC or CBSE or ICSE.

Hi Bejoy,

            I am here to answer your query. To apply for state quota, the main important document is a Domicile certificate but to get Domicile. Without a Domicile certificate, you will not be able to apply for that state quota. But as per rules to get a Domicile certificate

Hey Pramod,

Home state quota depends on your domicile usually but armed forces personals are excluded from this criteria. For them they can avail two domiciles, one from where they belong and one from where they've completed their 10th and 12th.

Since this year's rankings are not yet declared, according to previous year general rankings and trends with a rank of 4900, you have a good chance of getting into College of Agriculture, Mandya. Since previous year's cutoffs were around 4,000-5,500.

Firstly, you must clear the CAT examination. Once you have cleared the exam then you take these points under consideration.

as compare to last year the cut off marks for each subject in JEE advance is 12 in each subjects . So i guess you got lucky . So you are meeting 10% criteria .All the best.
