Good evening,

With the score and rank mentioned above, you cannot get into any of the NITs, IIITs but there is a slight chance that you might get into a GFTI in the last round or special round. Your only chance to get into a GFTI is through EWS Rank

I had scored 10 points in my 12th..is this points useful to get better rank in jee advance

Syed zaid Asadullah 30th May, 2019

Hy Praveen,

Scoring 10/10 is great but I am afraid to say that jee mains or advance does not take the pre-board marks in consideration in calculation of rank. So the mains and advance only depends on what you doin on the paper. The rank is given by the marks

Hi Sravani,

Hyderabad-Karnataka region i.e the HKR category includes the north-east Karnataka. It includes Bidar,Yadgir,Raichur,Koppar,Gurbarga and Hyderabad state. As you have completed your education in Hyderabad you will come under HKR category and will be considered under this category for any admissions to engoineering or law colleges in the future.

Ronit Jain 30th May, 2019

Admission to medical colleges is done through NEET only. For getting into any medical college, your class 12th score won't help. For getting into any government medical college, you should have a score of 550+ in NEET. Also, the competition for those seats in government colleges is very very high,

What is the criteria to take admission for polytechnic after 12th science

karan kharode 30th May, 2019
Hey Ishant,
With regards to your question, I would suggest that the right time to go for polytechnic is after 10th.
If you want to pursue a higher degree in engineering after 12th std you should go for Bachelors in Engineering/Technology.
While pursuing poly after 12th will be a waste
