It is really difficult for you to get admission in BIT Sindri with this rank even under your category as it is a very prestigious institute and thus the cutoffs are really high. Even though the rank required in JCECE  to get Bit Sindri it mainly depends the branch.

Students must have secured minimum 50% marks in PCB group for general candidates and 45% (for General-PH) and 40% (for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Since you have scored less than 40% in PCB, you will not be eligible for the neet counseling process, even if you qualify NEET.

The eligibility is based upon the the 50% aggregate on all the three main subjects(physics+maths+chemistry) and not based on individual subject marks . And if this criteria is fulfilled you are definetely eligible to apply and write the entrance examination conducted by JMI university.

As you’ve failed in Math in IPE, yoy are result will not be displayed in TS eamcet, your rank card is also not issued. Basically your rank is not given. However if you qualify in TS eamcet your rank is given and if you pass in IPE.
