Neet eligibility criteria regarding marks in 12th board is-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

It is very disheartening that you scored  low marks in your improvement exam .
But there's a rule that best of the two is considered,  I mean the one in which you have scored more is considered,  in your case your board exam marks will be considered

Hello Abhishek. No you don't need to submit income certificate at the time of counselling or exam.But if  you want obc certificate for jee mains and advanced counselling then you need to submit your family's income certificate.For details you can check jee mains faq section.

I scored 91 percentile in jee main b-arch and belong from sc cast and I got around 60% in my 12 th board.Can i gate any government college .

Om Prakash,

                       To get any government college, you must have 65% marks in PCM because you belong to SC category. And also it's very hard to get a government college with this percentile. The eligibility criteria for pursuing physiotherapy course is 10+2 with physics , englush ,chemistryand biology with a minimum of 50% in physics ,chemistry and  biology .But since , you are getting 48.67% in PCB which is less than 50% , so clearly you are ineligible for physiotherapy.But there are many
