The application procedure can be found online for IIET. However the course details specify that required percentage in class XII board examination should be more than 50 % in which case SC/ST/Other reserved castes get a relaxation of 5% in this matter. Also diploma courses is available in

Yes, you may apply for admission in architecture colleges. 

For admissions, it is generally required to have 50% aggregate With maths as a compulsory subject. 

You can apply to various institutes and chances are positive that you will be selected.

According to last year statistics, the top 20 percentile cutoff in UP board was 338. The cutoff may increase or decrease by a small amount this year. So with 350/500 marks, I think you have a high chance of clearing the 20 percentile cutoff in the year 2020.

Hello,

Yes. You can. All you have to do is to apply for APEAMCET - 2019 and ace it. As your home state is not AP,  getting a decent college would be a little challenging.
