For an aspirant to be eligile for JEE advanced, he has only two attempts
Also those two attempts are counted from the year he/she ahs given his/her X11 board paper.
So with this eligiblity criteria you have no chance to appear for the exam in JEE advanced though your JEE

eligibility criteria for neet is that candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general, 40% if OBC/SC/ST, 45% if pwd in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th from any recognised board.
