for jee mains, you need to score an aggregate of 75% overall in class 12.

Moreover, you need to score an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as they are the main subjects for an engineering student.

Also, you need to pass all the subjects.

Yes there is no problem if you are from Gujarat and have done your boards from Kota. You would be eligible for Gujarat state quota seat for MBBS.
