Yes you can do B. Com hons. In economics.... The subject of 12th does not matter in b.com, its not necessary that you have pass 10+2 with maths or such particular subjects.... You are eligible to do B. Com hons. With economics....

The process of making gap certificate is that - 

You need to draft the gap year Affidavit in a prescribed format stating the reason for the gap year. 

You have to also purchase the stamp paper.. 

Sign the affidavit in front of notary public and make it authorised....

If you are confident about your Answers and had a belief that marks gonna increase then Apply for Revaluation. They will recorrect your paper and Recount the marks. Marks may or may not increase. It depends on Your Answer sheet. But there is no guarantee that marks will increase.

It's depends completely on your interest if you want to pursue bba go for ipu, of you want to go for b.com prefer DU. 

Bba is a professional course and if you choose to pursue b.com its more of academic course.

One of my friend is from pantnagar. As he told us that the exam in completely from intermediate syllabus.. 

Most of the questions are from NCERT.
