Hello Aspirant,
First of all you have to decide what course you want to apply for in Canada. It could be anything from engineering to medical studies. It could be liberal art, literature, banking anything but you have to decide what you want to carry on with. Then you have to search (preferably online) for the undergraduate courses in which you are interested in the country of Canada. You will come across a list of colleges and universities in Canada that will suite your preference of course or program. Then you have to choose the colleges accordingly to your subject matter and then apply to them. Prior to applying, you will come across their eligibility criterias. Then you can see if your marks make you eligible for that college or not. Different colleges will have different eligibility criteria (s) and different entrance tests as well. See especially for the foreign nationals criterias as some things are specified for the foreign students. You have to decide the college as per your subject course and then only can you know that which college will be suitable for you as per your marks and ranks. The offer letter or in specific terms admission letter would be followed only after you apply to a particular Institution. Only when they will come across your application, then only you will either be accepted or rejected. Good luck !
