Yes you are eligible to study engineering in gujurat engineering colleges. As per the Gujurat government the minimum criteria for admission into Engineering college is as follows


1. B.Tech aspirants of Gujarat must note that Class 12 with subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is the minimum

Im not including psy in my top4 for DU admissions though Ive studied psy in class 12th. Will my top 4 percentage will be deducted by 2.5%?

2.5% or any other percentage won't be deducted from your aggregate of top 4 subjects unless and until you don't include a subject that is not mentioned in any of the list of subjects (list A and B), that is given in the Bulletin of information for admission

Yes students from states other than Tamil Nadu have a separate admission  procedure. The university would open their web portals for online application from other states. If you will get low marks in improvement exam then it doesn't create any problem . In final result best of two will added .
It doesn't affect any previous year result.

Yes there are lots of college where you can get admission.
Based on jee main result you can get admission in madan mohan malviya of gorakhpur which is a government college.Last year MMMUT CUTOFF was 72 marks and 60 students can get admission through jee score in MMMUT.
