i got 86.40 in jee mains and 89.78 in class 12th boards.i am from general category does there any good college where i can get cse branch.

Yes there are lots of college where you can get admission.
Based on jee main result you can get admission in madan mohan malviya of gorakhpur which is a government college.Last year MMMUT CUTOFF was 72 marks and 60 students can get admission through jee score in MMMUT.

you got 86.40 percentile in JEE paper-1.Your rank will be in 90,000+ it will be very hard to get a seat in CSE(computer science engineering).Because the demand for CSE branch will be peak for the students

The grabing of the seat for the CSE will be too hard because no NITs will be easliy give seats for the CSE department.

may you can get a seat in the last round of couselling or on spot couselling
