If you have the domicile of Uttar Pradesh then UP will be considered as your home state. But you can also apply for admission to UG courses in Rajasthan colleges as you are studied from Rajasthan.

Your current 10+2 aggregate meets the minimum requirement standards set by the institute hence you can apply in the institute for any preferred course, though should note that the college has its separate entrance test that you need to qualify, to gain admission to the college. Hence stay
