sastra is a deemed university.
there are two method of counselling in sastra.
ist method has 75% weightage for jee main score and 25% weightage for 10+2 score. 70% of seats fills by first method.
2nd method need only 10+2 score. 30% seats fills by it.

To be on the safer side you must score 430+ in keam.

In that case you need to fill your current address in Delhi
And there is domicile option too for that you must have your issued domicile certificate, which you can upload.
And it will become very beneficial to you
Dear deepak if I say honestly you have less probability to get government colleges because you don't have that much good marks or percentage in 12th and you have domicile of Maharashtra so you don't have any reservation quota in the cutoff list, that's why I said very less chance
