You don't have to submit your old CBSE marksheet, you will only need to provide your old CBSE Rollno, your 5 digit School Number, and your Examination center number given in your Admit card

No you cannot go for Law without BA BCOM directly after 12th.
There are two types of Law courses in India- 5 year integrated law courses and 3 year LLB courses.
