Yes, you should carry all the possible documents thay are require or even not require to avoid any issue kate you should always be prepared.So, carry the soft copy and 12th marksheet.

The eligibility criteria to pursue B.Sc Honours Physics ,candidates need to pass 12th Examination from any recognised board in Science with Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics and securing at least 75 percent marks in average obtained in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible.In case of OBC-A/OBC-B you need to score 67.5 percent.
