Dear student This is very difficult to answer, because in every college the fees are different and in every state as well.

If its a Government college then fees would be below 10,000. If its a Private college then fees would be Above 10.000. (Mumbai) I dont know about other

Hello Abilash. Well the criterion for shortlisting for IIMs change every year. Yes, shortlisting depends upon your Cat score, academic record, work experience and gender diversity. But you cannot control them.

Only thing that you can control is your cat score. Prepare hard and score high and you will definitely

Hello,
With that rank in JEE mains, you cannot get a seat in government colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Also you are from general category so your chances are almost zero.  And for CSE you have no chance at all.
So please go for some good private engineering colleges

Hey.
Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.
