Hi Jatin,
               At this rank you can't get any good colleges but your boards marks in very good, so you are a very good student. So if only want to go IIT'S or NIT'S, then you can take a drop year if you can read with dedicate the whole year

To get into BSC agriculture as per previous year requirements you need greater than 80% in class 12 boards and 50-90 marks in CET exam. If you get around 90-95% in boards you can get admission in high tier colleges. Also you can write various entrance test examinations

As you are from Maharashtra, the best option for you is IIT Bombay. It is one of the three IITs which offer Biotech courses. Other than this there are no class 1 option for this kind of course in Maharashtra. 

IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur also offers courses in Biotechnology.

Absolutely yes. According to the rules of BITSAT exam as mentioned in their brochure a candidate can give the exam twice once in the same year immediately after board exams and second in the next year.
